Associate’s Bachelor's Degree. Three to 5+ years of successful administrative assistant experience in a church environment or non-profit sector.
Salary and Benefits: Salary range is $42,500-50K (non-exempt), Health Insurance, Retirement Savings Plan, and Selected Training Expenses.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The role of the Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide comprehensive professional skills and high-level administrative support to both the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor of Ministry Advancement.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Functions: The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as the primary contact for the Senior Pastor on matters requiring pastoral care and the organizational needs of the Executive Pastor of Ministry Advancement. This work would include managing the Senior Pastor's calendar, prioritizing and scheduling appointments, projects, correspondence, and tasks as needed to protect study and sermon preparation time. Initiates edits and distributes church-wide email communication for the staff.
- Scheduling of Staff Meetings: Coordinates and manages all staff-led events, retreats, staff, and other meetings.
- Maintenance of Senior Pastor's Files and Speaking Engagements
- Research Data Management: Functions as a resource and manages data entry. Edit articles, manuscripts, letters, documents, and other written materials supporting sermon development and authorship of varied publications.
- Build, Provide, and Maintain Public Relations: Create a warm, hospitable atmosphere for church members, visitors, and vendors. Builds and maintains strong relationships with all ministry areas; maintain professionalism and complete confidentiality at all times when handling all church matters.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support or related experience
- Advanced computer skills; Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
